Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our website for updates.
Q: “Can I track my order?”
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking system.
Q: “What is your return policy?”
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items, such as sale items, custom products, or gift cards, cannot be returned.
Q: “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to courier services or customs.
Q: “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?”
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Q: “What I have to do when I need your support?”
